Soma Day Spa & salon is committed to extraordinary client
relations and passionate service. These goals are accomplished
through constant awareness of customer needs, education and
training of staff members.
Salon & Spa Etiquette
Appointment Policy
We are available six days a week by appointment and walk-ins. To
ensure optimal availability we recommend you schedule your next
appointment prior to leaving the spa. Reservations are by credit
card.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to
allow us to accommodate other clients. Regretfully, failure to
do so, or to appear will result in a full charge for service(s).
Late Arrival Policy
Should you arrive late for service, your time will not be
extended (unless availability exists). Regretfully, a late
arrival will decrease the length of your treatment, so to avoid
delaying the next guest, your service will end at the time
originally scheduled.
